If you have trouble logging in to your FASO email account from your Control Panel, login directly at the webmail login link.
Using IE (Internet Explorer), it's likely a browser issue.
You can:
- Use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser. They'll work better for you to edit your FASO site anyway. You can still use IE for your other internet browsing.
- Enable Compatibility View. This page may help.
- Clear cache and cookies on your browser.

Afterwards, close your browser and reopen it; your cache will have been cleared.
Be aware that when you do this it will log you out of websites you were logged into. Of course you can always log back in to them.
You may need to reboot/restart your computer after clearing cookies.
