There is an issue when using Mojave (MAC's newest Operating System) with Safari (MAC's standard web browser) when attempting to set up a new domain email account from the FASO control panel.
The control panel will not display the email options menu and you'll be prompted to you log back in to your FASO account.
Our dev team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
Until the issue is resolved, we recommend that you use a different web browser such as Chrome or FireFox to set up the email account.
If you still have a problem setting up your email please let our support team know. We'll be happy to set it up for you.
