We are aware of an encoding issue that turns Japanese, Korean, and Chinese letters into unreadable characters.
This issue will include other languages that use special characters in their alphabet.
We do not have a time frame for a resolution.
One solution is to take a screenshot of the letters as they are intended to be shown and add the screenshot image to the newsletter.
