To stop an auto renewing ad:

• from FASO Site dashboard
• Marketing (upper row)
  OR
• Marketing Channels (left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
• Ads (center of screen or bottom left in menu bar)
• Your Ads
• Select the Ad
• For Autorenew Until Start Date option, toggle switch OFF
• Save

It will then be in review and the ad department will complete the process.

It is best not to delete an ad because we won't be able to send you statistics on how it performed.
