If you are attempting to type (or copy and paste) text into a newsletter and the software is unresponsive, it is most likely due to using an outdated operating system.
Example is when you hover over a text box and the box turns opaque, hiding all the text.
Our third-party Newsletter system is programmed to work on the latest browser versions used with currently-supported Operating Systems.
We apologize, but there are no plans to address this issue due to the fact that Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Your best bet is to update your Operating System to Windows 10. Also update any internet browsers you use.
