If you have watermarked all of your artwork images yet a particular image does not show the watermark, the most likely cause is that the image was, at some point, marked to Exclude From Watermarking and hence is not displaying the watermark.

 To resolve the issue:

• from FASO control panel
• click Artwork icon
• click on the image in question (left column) or the word Edit for the image (right column)
• click on Actions button
• click Move to Images
• toggle Include watermark switch to off
• click on the image (left column) that now shows in your Non-Art Images listings
• click Move to Artwork Portfolio button

It may take 20 - 60 minutes for the change to update on your website.
