Can I block certain images from the Daily Art Stream?

When you upload an image of a new piece of art and you do not want the image to appear in the following day's Daily Art Stream (DAS), select the Visibility Option to be Your Website.

You can do this in one of 2 ways.

1. From Individual artwork editing screen:

There are multiple ways to access the Artwork screens from FASO dashboard:

  • My Art (upper row on left)
  • Artworks

OR

  • My Art (left menu)
(if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
  • Artworks

THEN:

  • click on thumbnail or Edit (to the right of the listing)
  • for Visibility field, use the drop down arrow to select your choice.
NOTE: the default setting is Public

2. Set the option in the Bulk editing screen:

There are multiple ways to access the Artwork screens from FASO dashboard:

  • My Art (upper row on left)
  • Artworks

OR

  • My Art (left menu)
(if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
  • Artworks

THEN:

  • click Manage button
  • click Edit all Artworks
  • for Visibility option, select Your Website (Visible Only on your website)
  • click Update

NOTE: you need to change this setting prior to the image appearing in the DAS.

  • from FASO dashboard
  • click Marketing Channels (left menu)
(if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
  • click Daily Art Stream
  • toggle switch to ON for Exclude My New Art from the FASO Daily Art Stream
  • Save

Your other option is to move the artwork image from Artwork into Images / Your Non-Art Images.

To do so:

There are multiple ways to access the Artwork screens from FASO dashboard:

  • My Art (upper row on left)
  • Artworks

OR

  • My Art (left menu)
(if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
  • Artworks

THEN:

  • click on thumbnail of image (or the word Edit) to access editing screen
  • click Actions button
  • choose Move to Images
  • click Submit
