Where to Find Your Contacts and Customers

Here are the various ways you can see who contacted you and/or bought artwork from you. Click on each link to access the related FAQs.

The Contact the Artist Page on your FASO Site

The Contact the Artist page on your FASO site is where your website visitors can fill out the Contact form and enter their personal information. When they click Submit, they send their message to you. You will receive the message in your email inbox and in your Message Log.

The article also provides guidance on how to add or edit text, add images, and add a link to perhaps your newsletter subscribe page to your Contact page.

Your Message Log

You should receive an email every time someone sends you a message via your Contact the Artist page on your website. Since email is not 100% unreliable, FASO keeps a Message Log of all messages submitted via your website's Contact the Artist page.

The safest way to make sure you don't miss any contacts from your site is to check your Message Log regularly. We keep this as a backup for you.

Get Info about Your Sales, Customers, and Contacts

The Sales and Customers screen offers you a way to see your completed sales including Selling date, Name of item sold, Buyer's name & contact info, Selling price, Newsletter subscriber or not

The Contacts and Customers screen provides a listing of people that have contacted you from your Contact the Artist page and/or have purchased art from you. The screen also indicates if those people are subscribed to your newsletter.
