If the print and/or frame meets the replacement criteria (see exceptions on FAQ: Share Helpful Info about POD Orders with your Buyers):
- Send an email to Support@faso.com
- Subject line should be FASO: Replacement request for order #___
- Include the following information in the email content:
- the customer’s info (name, address, phone, shipping address)
- POD order number
- Images and details to have print and/or frame replaced
You will have access to all the details about the order (payment method, order #, shipping address, etc.) in the email you received informing you of the sale.
Notify the customer if the replacement has been approved and the time-frame of their return. Be sure to confirm shipping address is still the same.
