Info to Add to your POD FAQ
When will I receive my print?
Orders generally take 5-14 business days to be delivered. Print-only orders take less time (approx 5 business days), orders with frames take longer (10-14 business days).
When something is on backorder, you will receive an email with more information. In these cases, it will take longer to receive your print.
Shipping times will vary. You will receive an email confirming when your order is shipped, and another email when it is delivered.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We have a No Cancellation policy for Print on Demand orders.
Due to the expediency of the printing process, once the order has been submitted for production it cannot be canceled. Please see the exceptions under "Returns."
Returns and Replacements
Print replacements or returns for “personal preference” are not accepted.
If you simply don't like the product, I may choose to work something out with the you, but the print won't be able to be returned for credit in such a case.
Exceptions:
- What if there is some sort of obvious problem with it? Such as wrong size printed, extreme color problems, the print is obviously misprinted, or the frame is visibly damaged in a way not resulting from shipping.
The POD fulfillment center provides a No Charge Replacement (NCR) for any quality issue that has been verified as a production problem. Photos of the problem may be required to approve an NCR.
- What if it's damaged in shipment?
An NCR will be issued for products damaged in shipping. The POD fulfillment center requires clear photos of the damage and the packaging to replace the print.
