There is no way to send a newsletter without having an address listed at the bottom of your newsletter. An address is necessary in order to comply with anti-spam laws.
All newsletter software services have this same policy.
Spammers are not known to subscribe to newsletters. Our experience is that only legitimate interested parties are newsletter subscribers.
If you are concerned about having your street address show at the bottom of your newsletters, use a PO Box address.
You MUST, at a minimum provide the data in the following fields:
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Company City
- EITHER Company State (USA residents) OR Company Province
To edit the address that shows on your Sent newsletters:
- from FASO Site Dashboard
- click Newsletter Campaigns (left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
- click Address (left column)
- edit content
- Save Changes
Note: Use Company Province field instead of Company State field for a non-USA address.
