In Artful Mail 2, you can type in the bullet or copy the bullet from an internet source.

Keyboard Shortcuts:

• Mac: Press Option (⌥) + 8 to type •
• Windows (Alt code): Hold Alt and type 0149 on the numeric keypad, then release Alt → •
• Windows (quick alternative): Hold Alt and type 7 on the numeric keypad → • (works on many PCs)

In Artful Mail 3, when entering text in a Text Content Block, you can use the Bullet list tool in the menu bar. 

NOTE: the bullet tool does not show in a Paragraph Content Block
