From Rackspace:
1. Go to your Web Browser Settings.
2. Select Privacy and Security.
3. Click on Site Settings.
4. Go to View Permissions and Data Stored Across Sites.
5. Search for Rackspace.
6. Click on the Trash Icon and select Delete.
7. Close your Web Browser entirely, then re-open it.
This will get rid of any issues related to downloading attachments in webmail. Once you log back in, the interference should be cleared up and your downloads should work normally.
