Windows Live Mail No Longer Supported

If you have been using Windows Live Mail to access your FASO Personalized email account (Branded email account) and you start experiencing issues, please be advised that Microsoft no longer supports this freeware (software available for use at no cost) email client. Hence, our email provider, Rackspace, is no longer able to support it.

As far back as 2012, Microsoft announced that it was killing off the Windows Live brand.

Until you (and your computer guru) are able to determine a solution as to how to replace Windows Live Mail, you can always login to your Branded email account from your FASO control panel:

  • click on the envelope 'Email' icon (upper row, just left of center)
  • click the login link to the right of the email address
