How do I download an image from my Portfolio?

Download Individual Images

To download an image from your Artwork Portfolio to your device using the FASO software feature follow these steps:

  • FASO dashboard
  • My Art (upper row on left)

OR

  • My Art (left menu)
    (if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
  • Artwork

THEN

  • locate image
  • click Edit (to the right of the listing)
  • click Download (above the image)
  • select size to download (click dropdown arrow)
    NOTE: the sizes refer to the longest dimension of the image
    • original (the full size of image you uploaded)
    • extra extra large = 2000px
    • extra large = 1024px
    • large = 550px
    • medium = 300px
    • small/large = 120px
    • small/medium = 100px
    • small = 72px
    • extra small = 100px square

  • click Download

NOTE: On some devices you may be prompted to OK the download.

Once the image is downloaded, its location will be dependent upon your device and operating system.

Download Images in Bulk

There is no built in system to download images in bulk. The only built in user way is to follow the instructions above and download files individually from each artwork record.

However, if you are using Chrome as your browser, there are numerous browser extension that will allow for bulk downloading. We mention one specifically called Download All Images because it is one that tech support personel have tested and know that it works. This will allow you the ability to download all of the images from a webpage and save them as a zip archive.
