If you are able to login to your analytics but are not seeing any visitors, check the following.

1. Make sure Force Single Domain is set to Yes

• FASO Site Dashboard
• profile image or initials (upper right corner)
• Settings
• Other Advanced Odds and Ends
• for Force Single Domain select Yes
• Save Changes

2. make sure the main domain (yourname.com) is listed in the following fields:
Hostname
Nickname

• from Site Dashboard
• Analytics (below MARKETING - left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
• Overview
• Detailed analytics
• click Prefs
• click Prefs
• add domain to both fields
  (if needed, remove listed domain)
• click Submit

NOTE: When you login to your analytics database, your visits to your site will automatically be excluded. Visiting the analytics details adds a cookie to your browser session that excludes your visits.
