Workshops featured in the International Workshops newsletter are workshops being taught by BoldBrush Sponsored Artists. 
If you purchase an ad your workshop listing will also appear.

All other in-person workshops are listed in the online portal and can be accessed from the bottom of the newsletter by clicking on Outside USA.

• Newsletter sent the 3rd Monday of the month.
• Features upcoming artist workshops outside USA for the next 6 months
  (Note: BoldBrush Sponsored Artists and Premium Paid Ads are shown in the actual newsletter. All others are listed in the online portal.)
• International workshops are featured 3 months in advance.
• The newsletter features workshops being held for the next 6 months. 
  For example, the 4/20/2026 newsletter featured Workshops being held from June 1, 2026 - November 30, 2026.

Upcoming workshop information is automatically pulled from the artist's Workshops category.

To be included:

• from FASO Control Panel
• click on Workshops (left-hand column)
  - If Workshops are not listed, click on More Categories (left column), click Workshops (right-hand column)
• click Add New
• fill in all the fields you can, to ensure inclusion
• click Add and Save

Be sure to include:

• dates
• country
• region
• url if available

Be sure to fill in all text fields on the top and bottom of the screen! If you fail to include this data, we won't be able to feature your workshop.

IMPORTANT: If you are using a free form page for your workshop listing, your workshop will not be included.

You can use the free form page but you will need to also enter your workshop data into the Workshop Category page (as described above) to have your workshop included.

The Workshop Category does not need to be listed on your Navigation Bar.
