If you are re-submitting a previous ad with a new, different image and the new image is not showing, it may be a caching issue.
Please contact support so that we can resolve the issue.
Example: you teach a recurring workshop and have replaced the image in the ad with a new fresh image yet the old, originally chosen image is still being displayed.
NOTE: When you replace an image in a recurring ad, the status will revert back to “In Review”. You will need to Save your changes and resubmit the ad.
