For security reasons, you must confirm your email address. This is a mandatory part of the initial set up of your FASO account.
To confirm your email account:
- from FASO Control Panel
- click gear icon (top right)
- click Account Settings
- click Email Accounts
- click Resend Confirmation Link next to the email address that you need to validate
- go to your email and click on the link in the email
If you have two or more FASO accounts, you need to do this on each account via each individual control panel.
If you are using the same email address on your multiple accounts, once you verify your email address on each account, you will be able to manage them from the Master account.
NOTE:
If your email has not been confirmed, you will not be able to receive a test when attempting to send a newsletter.
