There are two reasons you may not see the editing tools at the top of text content area.
1. You are using an old browser that doesn't support the component.
We recommend that you update your browser.

2. Toolbars have been disabled on your FASO account.
To re-enable the toolbar:
- from Site Dashboard
- click on Profile Image or Initials (upper right)
- Settings
- click Change Your Website Preferences
- for Use Regular Text Areas in Control Panel field, select No
- Save Changes
