Add a Link to an Image

You can add a clickable link onto any image that is in a Text Box editing screen such as on your Main Page, your About page, even on an image you add to the Description section of an artwork.

An example would be a link such as you may have on FineArtAmerica.com or Etsy.com.

Here is the process:

First, obtain the URL/web address that you want to link to, starting with the http:// or https://.

The best way to grab the link is to open the site (or page) you want to link to. Copy the address (url) that appears in the address bar of your browser.

If you need assistance adding an image to the text area, see this FAQ:
Add Image to Text Editing Screen

To add a link to the image in a text editing screen:

  • highlight/select image by left-clicking on the image
  • click the Insert/edit link icon (looks like chain-link in small toolbar just above text box)
  • paste URL into the URL field
  • click Insert
  • Save Changes

NOTE:
If the above steps do not work for you, use the Full Screen Mode editing screen to add the link.
