If your Medium or Substrate is not listed in the default drop-down list, follow these steps to add a new one:

• from Site Dashboard
• click on My Art (upper row, on left OR left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
• click Artworks
• click on an image thumbnail (or Edit to right of image) 
• below Artwork Details, click + to the right of Medium or Substrate
• enter name of new Medium or Substrate
• Submit
• to then select it, click drop down arrow to the right of Medium or Substrate
• select the new medium or substrate
• Save

Once you add a custom Medium or Substrate, it will always be listed in the drop-down menu.
