Workshops are listed chronologically by the beginning date of the workshop. The ending date is also important.  When that date is past, the workshop will then drop off the workshops page.

• Please use both beginning and end dates when entering your workshops.
• Make sure to enter dates as NUMBERS. The database will automatically change the numbers to show the day of the week and the month, respectively.
• Example: Friday, March 20th, 2020 needs to be entered as 3/20/20.

Additional information:

1. If you have no dates listed on a workshop, the workshop will appear at the top of the page. These 'dateless' workshops will always list above any workshops you have listed that include the dates.
2. Workshops listed without a beginning date will be listed in alphabetical order.
3. Workshops with no ending date will never drop off the page.

Drawbacks of using a custom Page:

• Your past Workshops will not automatically drop off the page. You would need to maintain the page for it to stay current.  
• Your Workshops will not be included in the Special Feature Newsletter sent by FASO to help promote our artists workshops.
  
  (NOTE: you can use the custom page and STILL add workshops to the preset template Workshop page so your workshop gets featured in the newsletter. Simply add the custom Page to your Navigation Bar and make sure to NOT add the preset template Workshop page to the Navigation Bar. )

NOTE: There is no archive of past workshops.
