Does it look like your email is sending from a different email than from your domain email account (yourname@ourname.com. In this example, joaquin@jsorollaart.com)?
This is most likely due to the Identity setting in your email account. To correct this:
- login to webmail account
- click the hamburger icon (3 bars) to the right of your email address (upper right corner)
- click Settings
- Composing Email
- Identities
- Default
- Edit
- Save
