You can easily adjust the time zone in your analytics dashboard as follows: 

• from Site Dashboard
• Analytics (below MARKETING - left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
• Overview
• Detailed analytics
• click on Prefers
• click on Prefers (2nd row down)
• for Time zone (GMT) field, click the arrow icon to select your timezone 
• make any additional adjustments for these fields if you wish:
  • Time format
  • Daylight Savings Time
• click Submit

The default setting is Central Time Zone, USA.
