To review your subscribers engagement rating:
- from FASO control panel
- click Newsletter icon (upper row)
- click Subscribers (left column)
In the column on the right you will see Engagement.
- Star Icon: the subscriber is Engaged or Highly Engaged.
- Snowflake icon: the subscriber has not opened any newsletters.
To update Engagement, in real time, click the Synch Subscribers button.
