To avoid Artful Alerts getting sent out for specific images simply change the Artwork Visibility from Public to Your Website (Visible Only on your website).
You can edit this setting in one of 2 ways:
1. From Individual Artwork editing screen:
- from FASO Control Panel
- click Artwork icon (upper row)
- click on the image (or the word Edit) to open the editing screen
- for Visibility field, use the drop down arrow to select Website Only (visible only on your site)
NOTE: the default setting is Public - Save
2. Set the option in the Bulk editing screen:
- FASO Control Panel
- click on Artwork icon (upper row)
- click Manage button
- click Edit all artworks
- for Visibility field, use the drop down arrow to select Your Website (visible only on your site)
- click Update
