To keep a collection from showing on your live website follow these steps.
(***The collection can still be found by the search engines.)

There are multiple ways to access the Collections screen from the FASO dashboard:

• My Art (left menu)
  (if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
• Collections

OR

• My Art (top left) 
• Collections

OR

• My Art
• Artworks
• Manage button
• Manage Collections

OR

• below Content quick links (center of dashboard home screen)
• Collections

THEN

• click the blue pencil Edit icon to the right of the collection you wish to hide

• click the Details tab
• for Unlisted Collection, check Yes
• click Save

This will hide the collection from your Works/collections overview page.

Artwork Visibility Setting

Visibility needs to be set as Your website (Visible Only on your site).

If you set Visibility to Unlisted (only people you share the hidden link with), images will not show in any collection, hidden or otherwise.

NOTE: If your template features the Recent Works Widget and you create a hidden collection and select the visibility for images as Website Only, the images will show in the Recent Works Widget. 
If you do not want the images to show in the widget, turn off the widget or manually add other images to the Recent Works Widget in order to keep the images you wish hidden from showing in Recent Works.
