Delete Multiple Images
- from FASO dashboard
- click Art Portfolio icon (left-hand menu)
- select Artworks (from the drop-down menu)
- select Manage button
- click Edit all artworks
- select an item or multiple items by selecting the box to the far left of the listing
- click Action button
- select Delete
- once you have reviewed your selections, confirm by clicking Delete selected images button
IMPORTANT: If our software finds that an image is being used in a contest entry, in a newsletter or as the collection overview image, the system will recommend NOT deleting the image, as that would result in broken images. |
Deleted Image Log / Recycle Bin
- from Artwork screen
- click Settings & Tools button
- select Deleted artworks
- select Images tab
- click Restore or Purge for individual image
or - select multiple images > Bulk Actions button > select Restore Selection or Purge Selection
