You can manually mark a piece as Sold as follows:
- from FASO Control Panel
- click Art Portfolio icon
- down arrow
- click Artworks
(if you are not seeing these 2 options, then click Artwork icon, upper row)
- click on thumbnail of piece you want to indicate as Sold
- for Availability, select Sold from the drop-down menu
- click Save
