You can manually mark a piece as Sold as follows:
- Site Dashboard
- My Art (upper row OR left menu - if you don't see the full options on the left, click the 3 bar menu icon, upper left corner)
- Artworks
- click on thumbnail of piece you want to indicate as Sold
- for Availability, select Sold from the drop-down menu
- Save
