If you get this error when attempting to set up a new email account:

ERROR MODIFYING DOMAIN!msxml3.dll error '80072ee2'
The operation timed out
/inc_func_geturl.asp, line 15

clear the error as follows:

• from FASO control panel
• click Email icon (upper row)
• click Your Email Accounts
• click Click here if you have email accounts that are missing from the above list
