Yes.
If you are on either the Intro Plan or the Silver Plan, images uploaded for your Blog, your Newsletter and for Contest Entries are saved to your control panel so, yes, they are included in your total image count.
Our Gold Plan allows for unlimited images which is one reason active newsletters senders use the Gold Plan.
