Yes.
If you are on either the Intro Plan or Silver Plan, images uploaded for your Blog, your Newsletter, BoldBrush Contest and Exhibit Entries, images uploaded for Variables, are saved to your Site Dashboard so, yes, they are included in your total image count.
Our Gold Plan allows for unlimited images which is one reason active newsletters senders use the Gold Plan.
