Most artists who want to present a registration form or supply list for their students do it one of three ways.
- use a PDF File and link to it
- use a Hidden Page and link to it
- use a Google Form and link to it
- use Jotform
Any of these options could be printed out for reference by your students.
Create a PDF file
Create your supply list or registration form and turn it into a pdf file. Then link the pdf file to text on your page. Students would click on the pdf file link, download the pdf and print it out.
NOTE: The FASO software does not convert files to PDF for you. There are numerous ways to convert files to pdfs. Type 'convert to pdf' in a search to find Help Docs like this one: Convert Word to PDF (Free!)
To add the pdf file to your FASO account and website see this FAQ:
Add a PDF File to Your Website
Create a Hidden Page using the Pages Category
Create a hidden page for your Supply List or Registration Form using the free-form Pages category. Then on the editing page for your Workshop add a hyperlink that when clicked on opens the hidden page.
Note: this would be a printable option. It could not be downloaded.
