Assistance with ZOOM on iPad and iPhone
- iPad
Asks for username and email if you don't have a Zoom account. Need to input the same email as the one used to register.
No options to change view. Screen shows the windows for the speakers when audio is on. Shows full screen when host screen shares. Speaker window is in the bottom right corner.
Zoom menu is hidden. Must tap screen for Zoom menu to appear. Menu appears at the top of the screen.
- iPhone
Clicking the phone number link connects to a phone call and audio connection only. Asks for webinar ID before you can join.
Clicking the 'Click Here to Join' link opens the webinar like normal.
Landscape view shows full screen. Speaker window can be moved around the screen using touchscreen.
Zoom menu appears at the bottom of the screen and shows constantly.

Chat window options are: 'All Panelists' and 'Panelists and Attendees'.
'Raise Hand' menu option is not hidden.
Q&A
During the webinar, you can type your questions in the Zoom Q&A section. We answer them in real time, and also include links to FAQs in Chat.
The webinars are recorded, along with the Chat transcript for future reference.
